Within 30 days of receiving your order, we only offer the refunds to the following conditions
GARMENT RETURN CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. If the retuned item does not have these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.

**** Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1991 Kansas Ave Ne, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33703..If your return is acceptd, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact : firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are applicable to full price items only.
SALE ITEM RETURNS
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a sale item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
At this time we are accepting only items to be exchanged if damaged and/or incorrect from ordered.

Returns that do not meet the above requirements are accepted at the sole discretion of Lotus Linen and subject to a 15% Restocking fee.
